Tracy Scott is a Certified Integrative Health Coach and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She understands the power of nutrition first hand. After years of struggling with debilitating stomach ailments, migraines, and extreme exhaustion, Tracy started to look at her health holistically and slowly made changes to her diet and lifestyle that allowed her body to heal. It was then that she knew her calling in life was to help others achieve this same state of well-being and happiness, and is passionate about guiding people through their own health transformations.
Tracy takes the confusion out of getting healthy by detangling the plethora of (sometimes conflicting) health information in order to determine what will work best for your body and life. Consistent with functional medicine, she believes we must uncover the root cause of a person’s ailments instead of just treating their symptoms. As such, Tracy works tirelessly with patients to personalize their treatment plan and provides constant support and guidance throughout the healing process. She uses whole foods nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress relieving mind-body techniques in order to optimize patients’ health. Most importantly, she makes the process manageable so the healthy habits you are working to implement are ones that can last a lifetime.
Tracy has keen insight on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while working and living in a fast paced environment; she has been a Health Coach at Bloomberg, LP, and was previously VP of Sales at a financial services institution.
