You can access the P2P Portal wherever you are, from any web browser, 24 hours a day.
Never wait on hold again
If you hate to wait on hold, you’ll love the P2P Portal. It lets you connect directly with our office to schedule appointments, request prescription refills, send secure messages to providers and staff, monitor your heath progress, download test requisitions, access billing records and make payments, even order vitamins and supplements. Virtually everything that you used to do over the phone, you can now do on the P2P Portal – quicker and with less effort.
Get the most out of your visit
Imagine sitting down in your healthcare provider’s office for an appointment, and before you’ve said a word, your provider already knows the reason for your visit and the issues you wish to discuss, and has already reviewed the relevant test results and other information in your medical records. That’s what happens when you use the P2P Portal to prepare for your appointment by filling out the online “pre-visit” questionnaire located under the HEALTH tab. It’s the most efficient and effective way to gain maximum benefit from every visit to IMNY.
Your entire healthcare history in one easy-to-access location
P2P is the home for your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) – a comprehensive, organized, easy-to-access source of information about every aspect of your healthcare. Test results. Immunizations. Medications. Surgeries. Providers’ notes on office visits. And if you have health records from other providers, you can fax or bring them to our office. We’ll digitize and upload them to your P2P Portal. Never again will you have to sort through stacks of paper in search of old MRI or lab test results.
How to get the most out of the P2P Online Portal
Get your test results. Have a prescription refilled. Request an appointment. Send a message to your provider. You can do all this and more on the Power2Patient Portal... and never wait on hold again.
Power2Patient is designed to improve virtually every aspect of your healthcare. To get the most out of it, please get familiar with these key features.
This tab is where you’ll find your Health and Medical Profiles. Your Medical Profile includes a detailed questionnaire that you should fill out before your first visit, and keep updated to reflect any changes in your health. The more complete and up-to-date your profile, the better care we can provide.
Before each visit to IMNY, be sure to fill out the “Reason for Visit” and “Symptoms” sections of your Medical Profile. And please don’t forget to update the list of medications and supplements you’re taking by clicking on “Meds & Supps.”
Click on this tab to see pending test orders, print out lab requisitions for any tests your practitioner wants you to have, and view your test results. Please note that the test results in this section are presented in a spreadsheet format, so you can track changes, but do not include the normal “reference range” for each of the tests you’ve taken. To see that information, go to the DOCUMENTS tab, where you’ll be able to view and print out the actual lab report.
MEDICATIONS & SUPPLEMENTS
This is where you can print out a list of the medications and supplements you’re taking. (If you wish to make changes, go to “My Medical Profile” under the HEALTH tab.) There’s also a link to the IMNY Supplements Library, which features a curated collection of articles on a wide range of supplements.
In addition to information on supplements, the IMNY Library features articles, references, and suggested reading lists on a wide variety of functional medicine and other health topics. You’ll also find links to videos, webinars, apps, and websites recommended by the IMNY staff. Click on the RESOURCES tab to see them all.
If any documents require your signature, here’s where you can sign them electronically, and then print out copies if you wish. Documents that require your signature include giving us permission to share your medical information with your insurance company, authorizing a relative or friend to have access to your P2P account, plus a variety of HIPPA-required documents relating to privacy.
This tab is the repository for a variety of documents related to your health, including test reports, medical notes, and consultation letters from providers you’ve been referred to. Test results show the “reference range” for each of the tests you’ve taken, so you can easily determine whether or not your results fall within the “normal” range.
One of the most useful sections on P2P, “Messages” is where you can send secure messages to members of the IMNY healthcare team. Typically, your message will be answered within two business days, if not sooner. If you haven’t gotten a response within three business days, please resend the message. If the matter is urgent, contact the office by telephone.
Click on the button to let us know you want to make an appointment with one of our practitioners. Be sure to indicate the reason for your visit on your Medical Profile, which you’ll find under the HEALTH tab. You’ll be contacted by one of our staff within two business days — usually sooner – to schedule an appointment for you with the practitioner you wish to see.
Before your visit, please go to “My Medical Profile” under the HEALTH tab and fill out the “Reason for Visit” and “Symptoms” sections. Also, please make sure that your information in the “Meds & Supps” section is up to date.
The information you provide will help your practitioner prepare for your visit, so you’ll gain maximum benefit from your appointment.
